College Profile – Roorkee Engg and Mgmt Tech Institute (REMTech)

Roorkee Engineering and Management Technology Insitute was established early this year in 2008 in the Shamli District of Uttar Pradesh. The college is affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical Univeristy and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

The foundations of Roorkee Engineering and Management Technology Institute (REMTech) were set with the sole motive of preparing today’s young brains to face the highly competitive technical society. The founder’s intention to set up the Institute in the ‘Shamli’ area was to uplift the profile of the city and the surrounding areas itself.

The college intends plans to take in its first batch of engineering students through the
Counselling SEE-08.
The Institute currently is offering Engineering Degrees in four branches.

• Computer Science & Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Electronics and Communications Engineering

The Institute boasts of a Wi-fi campus with a state-of-the art Computer Centre, a well stocked Computerised Library, On Campus Hostel Facilities for both Boys and Girls, Laboratories with latest equipment and Highly Qualified and Experienced Faculty.
